All invoices are due within 30-days of invoice date. Invoices that are not paid in that time will be charge a late fee of $10 a month for each month that the invoice is not paid. Our invoices are considered final and we normally don’t send out monthly statements in order to keep our costs low. Special arrangements can be made for each clients unique needs.
Our company is able able to keep its prices low by accepting cash, checks, and money orders. All prices on this website and those quoted over the phone assume payment will be made within 30-days and will consist of either cash, check, or money order.
Credit Card Service: This service is being provided because of our customers requests for it. All credit card transactions will include a handling fee to cover the expenses associated with credit card processing and so that we don’t have to raise our rates for the other customers that want to pay with cash, check, or money orders. In order to apply with regulations we will NOT be handling any credit cards. It will be up to each of our clients to click on the following link to pay there invoices as they receive them.

Note 1: State and Federal Tax Liens should no longer be recorded and/or stored at the county level. They should only be in the index at the North Dakota Secretary of State’s office. We have determined that this is not always the case as we have found STL and FTL recorded at the county level in our searches.
Note 2: Listings at the County Level are manually created in Microsoft Excel. By default listings are not provided. If more than 5 items are found, time to compile copies and/or listings will be billed in 30-minute increments at $60 per hour. More than one hour will need to be pre-approved by client.
